Either pathway opens opportunities to enhance your career and create memorable experiences for you and those that visit from around the world.
Back by Popular Demand! A three-course luncheon experience at the Main Campus in Napa by the NVC Culinary Students!
Featuring the Âé¶¹Ó³» Advanced Culinary Program students and faculty, preparing and providing for you a dynamic dining experience in an educational atmosphere!
Please join us for a three-course luncheon on either a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday from April 28th to April 30th at the Main Campus in Napa at your chosen time of either 11:45 am, 12:15 pm, or 12:45 pm. To select a date, click "check availability" to select your preferred date and time.
PLEASE NOTE: The special Chef's Table Dining Experience is ONLY offered at 12:15 pm Please make sure to select this time slot if you wish to participate in that experience.
This creative, restaurant simulation gives our students the opportunity to practice their culinary, service, and restaurant operations skills while providing our community with exceptional value and an introduction to the chefs of the future. This year's three-course menu represents the creativity and diversity of our advanced culinary students. Select mocktails will be included with your dining experience
Please select between Vegetarian-Gluten Free, or Omnivore dining sets after you have completed your reservation. Please make us aware of any food allergies upon arrival. We will do our best to accommodate dietary allergies and restrictions, but please note this event is curated by the students to showcase their culinary techniques, and the menu is not designed as an à la carte experience.
All reservations are prepaid, and the price is inclusive. Tickets cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded, but we will allow for the advance transfer of your ticket to another guest:
Suggested Donation $50. Select mocktails will be included with your dining experience.
$25 ticket will include one tasting flight of three wines (2oz each)
Chef's Table Suggested Donation $125. Guests will be seated together at a central table for a unique communal experience. Includes wine flight.
Note: Due to the academic and learning environment, menus cannot be published at this time, although one meat/ fish menu and one vegetarian menu will be planned. While we respect your dietary needs, the limitations of the school and teaching environment cannot allow for substitutions or alterations to the dishes on the menu.
Arrivals who are more than 15 minutes late may not be seated at the discretion of the Chef Instructor.

Âé¶¹Ó³»'s Main Campus, located at 2277 Napa Vallejo Hwy, Napa, CA 94558, in the 900 building, Kitchen Classroom. Entrance to the event will be through the Student Activities Center.
A $3 daily parking fee is required. Guests may use the pay station located in Lot B on the NVC campus, ParkMobile app (Zone 3690), or text NVCMAIN to 25023 for a digital permit.

Program Highlights
After completion of foundational classes in safety and sanitation and professional kitchen operations, students may immediately earn a Certificate of Achievement for basic culinary skills and select from two tracks of specialized training in the hospitality management or culinary sector.
Completing further coursework within the Culinary Arts pathway leads to the intermediate certificate. Students may then undertake culinary lab classes at the Âé¶¹Ó³» Cooking School, along with an internship earning course credit for work experience, to earn an advanced certificate. Students may opt to add general education classes to receive an AA degree in Culinary Arts.
