On-Campus Transportation Resources

  • Ride the bus for FREE in Napa and Solano counties using your Student ID! Must have the current semester sticker on your ID card. Visit the Office of Student Life (Room 1342) for a sticker or student ID. 
 

Off-Campus Transportation Resources

Public Transportation:
  •  is operated by the Âé¶¹Ó³»­ Transit Authority (NVTA). See their website for bus routes and schedules.
  • was created to provide a lifeline service to supplement the regular Vine bus system for seniors and/or persons with disabilities that have evening trips after the bus goes out of service, or on a day when the rider may not feel well enough to take the bus. Under the program, eligible City of Napa residents may take a cab ride anywhere in the City of Napa and NVTA will pay up to 50% of the cost of the cab ride. 
  • is a shared ride service and provides transportation curb-to-curb, within 3/4 of a mile from the fixed route bus system. In order to use VineGo, you must be certified.
  • provides single-ride discounts to eligible riders. Participants receive a 50% discount on various Bay Area transit systems including VINE, Bart, and Golden Gate Transit and Ferry and more. Must complete online application.
Bicyling Resources:
  • The Bucks for Bikes program is designed to promote and increase bicycle commuting in Napa County. Âé¶¹Ó³»­ Transportation Authority (NVTA), under the V-Commute program, will fund commuter bicycles for 60% of their cost, up to a maximum of $500 per bicycle, or up to $100 toward the repair or maintenance of your current bike. The commuter will track commute usage and document the results.
