On-Campus Resources for Student Parents

• The Title IX Officeprovides support to pregnant and parenting students to protect rights under federal and state laws. 
• Support Group for Parenting Students meets from 5:30-7:30pm every 4th Wednesday of the month at River Trail Village. Students are welcome to stop in for support from fellow student parents as well as information on resources in the community.
• Lactation Rooms are available in Room 1437 and inside the Student Health Center (Room 2250). Room 1437 is accessible via pinpad code, call Student Health (707) 256-7780 for the code. After hours please call the College Police at (707) 256-7777.
• Offers FREE diapers, baby wipes, and car seats to students with dependants. The Basic Needs Center is available Monday-Friday to support all enrolled 麻豆映画 College students. Register with Pantry Soft to pick up food and hygiene items. Drop-in for clothing, menstrual products and diapers and wipes for students with infants. Located in Room 1202 behind the Little Theater (building 1200).
• CalWORKs Programhelps parenting students with children under 18 years old pursue their educational and occupational goals while meeting county guidelines and requirements.

Off-Campus Resources for Student Parents

Financial Wellness Resources:

• Students who have dependent children that are under 18 years of age, and for whom they provide more than half of their financial support for during the academic year could be eligible to receive an access award of up to $6,000 in addition to the base Cal Grant award amount.
• program helps pregnant people and parents to children under 5 provide nutritious foods and more resources to keep families healthy.
• Tax Credts can reduce taxes the amount of taxes you owe or can increases the amount of tax refund you recieve. There are 5 common credits including the Child Tax Credit (CTC) and the Child and Dependent Care Credit. Be sure to claim these tax credits when you file your taxes so you don't miss out on these benefits!
• are available FREE locally if you make $67,000 or less, through the IRS VITAS program. Just search your zip code to find a location near you.

Child Care Resources:

• helps Napa County families locate affordable child care and information about qualifying for payment assistance programs that cover care expenses. Servicios disponibles en Espa帽ol.
• supports Solano County families with child care referrals, help paying for child care through a subsidized program, developmental screenings at no cost to you, and family resources. Servicios disponibles en Espa帽ol. 
• by entering your zipcode or calling the hotline (1-800-KIDS-793) and get connected to a childcare resource and referral agency. A child care specialist there will work with you to find care that best meets your needs, and create your personalized child care plan. Servicios disponibles en Espa帽ol.

Child Care Supplies:

• is a partnership with the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano to provide 50 FREE diapers per month per child. Pick up in Solano County. Complete the online form to sign up.
• provides FREE books to children every month from birth through their fifth birthday. Napa County families can enroll their children by registering online. Reside outside of Napa County? Find out if the program is in. 
• FREE high-quality infant, convertible, and booster car seats are available for Napa County families in need. Parents in need of a car seat are encouraged to fill out the request form in English or Spanish.

Classes and Groups:

• provides family and parent support to Napa residents. The Family Support Hub provides drop-in support and resources for parents and caregivers during difficult times.
• provides family and parenting support in addition to early learning services.
• provides support to parents of children with disabilities. Their programs include educational support, early childhood developmental support, Triple P parenting workshops, support groups and resource navigation support.
• provides a wide range of resources for parents of children up to age 5 including educational materials related to child development, health and safety, and virtual parenting courses. 

Mental Health Support:

• is free, confidential, and here to help pregnant and perinatal parents. Call or text: 1-833-TLC-MAMA (available 24/7).
• offers 50+ free and virtual support groups for parents and pregnant people.
